The 41st Annual SECME Summer Institute was hosted by The University of Alabama Tuscaloosa's College of Engineering.

Sponsored by ExxonMobil, DuPont, The UA College of Engineering and The Tuskegee NanoBio Science Math and Science Partnership for the Alabama Blackbelt (An NSF-funded Project), more than 70 SECME teachers convened in Tuscaloosa for 6 days of hands-on, minds-on STEM professional development.
